Affinity dental has a very clean hospital like appearance. All the staff were super friendly and receptive and happy to help. There is always soft music playing in the lobby the whole place has good vibes and good energy. The employee named Jason did my first cleaning and he was very nice. Very patient very gentle and helpful. If there was anything I didn’t understand he explained it to me and treated me like a friend. Without question Jason showed me around where the appointment would be held and where the bathrooms and water fountains were. Even though my insurance didn’t cover everything they set up a financed payment plan with me and were willing to help work with me to get what I needed done with my teeth. Overall this is a great place I’d pick this dentist over any others.

My experience was very good at Affinity Dental Group. I was there for a routine cleaning and have had the same dental hygienist each time. She is very professional, caring, and very gentle. Meire, a wonderful soulful person is very dedicated to making me feel special and cared for as a person with teeth. The attention to detail is apparent that she had very good training and has continued to increase her skills as she helps each patient. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. The wait time was reasonable, and scheduling appointments is easy and fits my time schedule.

The best cleaning I’ve had since forever. Erika was the absolute best! She has angel hands. The entire Affinity Dental in Kissimmee, FL lexperience was and is top of the line service. Nala Dey.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. I can't remember the name of the young lady who greeted me, but she was matching from head to toe including her nails with her dental outfit. The coordination was so impressive I almost forgot I was at the dentist! I was pretty nervous when I arrived, but she made the entire process feel easy and comfortable from the start. Then I had James, my fellow Dominican brother, take care of my cleaning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience much more enjoyable than a dental visit has any right to be. The doctor was also excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and referred me to a specialist for further treatment. Along the way, everyone shared a few laughs, which helped keep my mind off the fact that I was sitting in a dental chair. The customer service here was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, educated, professional, and genuinely cared about their patients. This is absolutely a place I would recommend to my family and friends. Great people, great service, and a great experience overall! 🦷😁

I have been going to this practice for years and absolutely love it! My hygienist, Alex, is amazing!!! I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is attentive and caring. She is also educational and provides helpful resources!! It’s been years and I wouldn’t trade her for anything. So, yes. I love this practice and can’t recommend her enough! Please go see her, you won’t be disappointed!
